Our Foundations notes are partially updated and are based on the revised 2024 syllabus. They include many of the case summaries, chapter summaries, and article summaries listed in the syllabus.
Our chapter summaries are based on the 3rd edition of the Public Law textbook. There is a 4th edition available, and the changes will mostly affect the Topic 10 readings on the syllabus found in Chapter 11 of the text. However, the articles and new cases provided on the syllabus should fill any gaps from the 3rd edition of the textbook.

The notes are approximately 209 pages long two-columns per page as can be seen in the sample image. The notes includes a detailed table of contents. Notes have several security features programmed inside so as to prevent sharing and trace the materials back to the original purchaser.
Once your order is made, you will receive an email with a link to download the notes. The download will contain a PDF file.

Can I purchase the MS Word or editable version of these notes?
No, the notes are only available in PDF format and the files are locked for editing. You may print out these files, there is nothing preventing you from printing the materials. Please note that some Office Depot locations will not allow you to print secured PDF documents. There is their own store policy and not a limitation of the file format. The file is unlocked for printing at the highest quality.
